The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to Venice through the nearby bus station. the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Simona, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Additionally, the hotel had a nice garden area where we could relax and unwind.

Convenient location near bus/train to Venice, with shopping mall nearby. Great staff, especially Simon who arranged birthday cake and Frederico who made delicious cocktails. Clean, modern rooms with all necessary amenities. Easy access to rooftop pool and gym. Would definitely recommend and return.

There were some misunderstandings with the reservation staff regarding connecting rooms.

We loved this hotel – it had everything we needed for a perfect stay. First off, the location was fantastic. It was close to all the shopping centers and right near the bus station that took us to the train station. Secondly, the service was impeccable. We had our room cleaned daily and enjoyed room service and dry cleaning. Lastly, the amenities were outstanding – we had access to many shops, laundry, restaurants and a spa with a sauna and outdoor pool.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

The bus stop to Venice was just a few steps away, allowing us to easily explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the bartender who recommended a local winery that was a hidden gem. The inner garden was a beautiful spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The free parking was a huge bonus for us and saved us the hassle of finding parking elsewhere. We highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, and beautiful amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The tram station was really close, allowing me to easily commute to Venice. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast selection was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
